Models in the scan
Models render inside the walkthrough with true occlusion: services behind a wall stay hidden until you X-ray them. Design vs as-built, judged by eye, on the spot.
ACC issues
Raise Autodesk Construction Cloud issues pinned exactly where you click in the scan, snapshot attached. Edit status, assignee and comments without leaving the walkthrough.
Measure
Navisworks-style dimensions that read both the model and the scan: whichever surface is in front. Diagonal plus X / Y / Z, including as-built-to-design deviation.
Compare scans
Two scans of the same space, side by side, synchronised: walk one and the other follows to the same spot and view. Before/after progress, with the model overlaid in both.
Auto-placement
Models load at their real survey coordinates. Align a space once and every model, current and future, drops straight into position. For everyone.
Zero install
Runs in the browser on the Matterport scans and Autodesk CDE you already have. Sign in and your project loads itself: models placed, issues pinned.

Use the Matterport scans your project already commissions: no special capture hardware, no per-scan processing fees.
Export IFC from your authoring tools; our optimiser turns it into a lean, correctly georeferenced model that loads straight from your ACC project.

OverSite is in daily pilot use on a major UK programme: live federated discipline models, real coordination issues and real site scans, used in anger by the people who built it. It was designed on site, not in a pitch deck: every feature exists because a live programme needed it.
